Enrolment Co-ordinator & Director of First Impressions
Great Lakes Dance Academy (GLDA)

Great Lakes Dance Academy is hiring an Enrolment Co-ordinator & Director of First Impressions to support student growth, retention, and exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and confident managing both systems and relationships. You will oversee our enrolment pipeline, manage front-of-house experience, and support marketing and outreach initiatives that help our studio grow.

Compensation: $24–$32 per hour, based on skill and experience, we will train the right candidate.
Hours: 25 hours per week
• Approx. 10 hours scheduled in-studio
• Approx. 15 flexible hours (remote / self-scheduled)


Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Database & Enrolment Management

  • Manage StudioSync CRM and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee free trial process and track key performance indicators
  • Monitor registrations, payments, and enrolment data with high accuracy
  • Support retention systems to maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction

2. Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for families in person and by phone
  • Handle parent and student inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage scheduling, check-ins, paperwork, and payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
  • Clearly communicate studio policies and procedures

3. Community Outreach & Social Media

  • Run and track Facebook ad campaigns
  • Manage and schedule social media content
  • Support community partnerships and outreach initiatives
  • Assist with organizing and promoting studio events

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Communicates confidently and warmly
  • Is comfortable with data tracking and performance metrics
  • Has experience in database management, customer service, community outreach, and/or social media management
  • Can work independently and manage flexible hours responsibly

Experience in a dance studio or youth program environment is an asset, but not required.
