Adult Fitness Classes Schedule


10 week - Pumped Up Strength 9:30-10:30 AM with Anna Buchanan  REGISTER HERE

Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. This signature class takes yourstrength workout to the next level byutilizing combination movement patterns to create a totalbody strength routine that will rev your metabolism, challenge your body in new ways, and buildlean muscle mass. Its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower bodymovements set to fun music.


10 week - Dynamic Pilates 10:30-11:30 AM with Anna Buchana   REGISTER HERE

This class combines fluid standing and floor stretches as well as mat work for strengthening thecore. Dynamic Pilates adds fun to the mix with the use of a balland stretch band to delivertargeted, full-body results.With these tools, you will quickly become stronger and the gentle and accessible stretchsequences will leave your body feeling supple and moving more freely.


10 week - Adult Hip Hop 8:15-9:15 PM with Leanne Bradshaw   REGISTER HERE

This high energy dance class is for anyone 18+.The emphasis is less on formaltechnique andmore on personal style. Each class begins with a warm-up designed to get the blood pumpingand the muscles working intensely, then dancers will learn choreography, with the combinationscontinuing week to week


10 week - Adult Tap 8:30-9:30 PM with Michelle Mitchell    REGISTER HERE

Improve your rhythm and coordination with a tap class that will challenge your brain and your body. This class would be suitable for beginners and dancers with 1-2 years of experience. 



10 week - Barre Fit 9:30-10:30 AM with Michelle Mitchell   REGISTER HERE

This ballet inspired fitness class will begin at the barre and progress to the centre of the room.You’ll gain grace and body awareness while building toned and lean muscles. You can expect tolearn a progressive series of exercises that may include the use of bands and light weights.


10 week - Latin Grooves 10:30-11:30 AM with Michelle Mitchell REGISTER HERE

A Latin / South American Dance style class based in step work and combinations from Salsa,Merengue, Batchata, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Bolero,Samba, and even Tango..It’s a workoutand a dance experience. You will have your heart pumping and your body moving to Latinrhythms.



10 week - Eccentrics 9:30-10:30 AM  with Anna Buchanan   REGISTER HERE
ESSENTRICS® is a full-body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to your posture. Perfect for men and women of all fitness levels, this program rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries and unlocks tight joints. This barefoot and equipment-free workout leaves you feeling youthful and revitalized!

10-week session: $147.50 (plus taxes)
You can join mid-session at a pro-rated fee!

$16 plus tax = 18.08 (The session must have at least four (4) students registered in the session to accept drop-ins)

Multi-class discount for March 17th-May 24th session: 15% off 2nd and 3rd class.
