Adult Fitness Classes Schedule
Starting September 2023
Mondays
Barre Fit 9:30-10:30 AM with Michelle Mitchell REGISTER HERE
This ballet-inspired fitness class will begin at the barre and progress to the centre of the room. You’ll gain grace and body awareness while building toned and lean muscles. You can expect to learn a progressive series of exercises that may include the use of bands and light weights.
Latin Grooves – 10:30-11:30 AM with Michelle Mitchell REGISTER HERE
A Latin / South American Dance style class based in step work and combinations from Salsa, Merengue, Batchata, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Bolero ,Samba, and even Tango. . It’s a workout and a dance experience. You will have your heart pumping and your body moving to Latin rhythms.
Tuesday
Pumped Up Strength 9:30-10:30 AM with Anna Buchanan REGISTER HERE
Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. This signature class takes your strength workout to the next level by utilizing combination movement patterns to create a total body strength routine that will rev your metabolism, challenge your body in new ways, and build lean muscle mass. Its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.
Dynamic Pilates 10:30-11:30 AM with Anna Buchanan REGISTER HERE
Dynamic Pilates is just that--dynamic! This class combines fluid standing and floor stretches as well as mat work for strengthening the core. Dynamic Pilates adds fun to the mix with the use of a ball and stretch band to deliver targeted, full-body results. With these tools, you will quickly become stronger and the gentle and accessible stretch sequences will leave your body feeling supple and moving more freely.
Adult Hip Hop 8:15-9:15 PM with Leanne Bradshaw REGISTER HERE
This high-energy dance class is for anyone 18+. The emphasis is less on formal technique and more on personal style. Each class begins with a warm-up designed to get the blood pumping and the muscles working intensely, then dancers will learn choreography, with the combinations continuing week to week.
Adult Tap 8:30-9:30 PM with Michelle Mitchell REGISTER HERE
Improve your rhythm and coordination with a tap class that will challenge your brain and your body. This class would be suitable for beginner and dancers with 1-2 years of experience.

Eccentrics 9:30-10:30 AM with Anna Buchanan REGISTER HERE
ESSENTRICS® is a full-body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to your posture. Perfect for men and women of all fitness levels, this program rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries and unlocks tight joints. This barefoot and equipment-free workout leaves you feeling youthful and revitalized!

Pricing:
10-week session: $147.50 (plus taxes)
You can join mid-session at a pro-rated fee!
$16 plus tax = 18.08 (The session must have at least four (4) students registered in the session to accept drop-ins)
